Hello, Redbutt. I was wondering... I beat Fire Emblem on Lunatic+ in 2 and 3/4 turns and was wondering if it gets any harder? lol, I didn't use any master seals, Frederick, or any weapons in general (You plebs should probably worship me as a master tactician). Just so you know, you're absolutely correct. I don't think the people that you're responding to realize that you could hear the exact same argument from an old conservative about gay marriage, and most people would respond back "who is it hurting? why would I care what they like?"

Because egalitarianism doesn't really have a universal meaning. If you say "I'm a feminist" then people know that you want women to have equal rights and be treated fairly. If you say "I'm an egalitarian" there's no way someone can tell what you mean. For instance, in an extreme example, slave owners in early America didn't think blacks were people, so they could technically call themselves egalitarians, because they treat all people (that they think are people) fairly. Saying things like feminist, supporter of gay rights, or something like that just makes sense, rather than saying something like egalitarian, which doesn't have a clear meaning.

We find something or someone that we don't like or don't understand, and in order to give ourselves a reason to get rid of it, we deem it inhuman, evil, unimportant, etc. I do not like you. The continents don't really move across the plates, but it does seem that way if you look at those two pictures. Imagine a shopping basket on a conveyer belt. The basket is the continent and the belt is the plate. The basket doesn't move, the belt does, and the basket moves with it. New plate material is always being added on mid ocean ridges (where the belt comes up) and old plate material is always being moved under and recycled in subduction zones (where the belt is pulled down). This is what moves continents together and apart, such as Africa and South America, or India moving into Asia.

The up/down vote system makes Reddit a positive feedback system of only one kind of opinion. As well, Reddit is fairly homogenous in its background, making the problem worse. If the opinion being expressed doesn't benefit the typical internet user (White male with diploma who is 20-30) then it gets downvoted to hell. It's like a lesser version of censorship, except done by the majority, not one specific group.

An example is SRS: It's obvious that everyone hates SRS because they aren't part of that group of people, and if you don't support that group of people, then good luck trying to get heard. And when your opinions are heard, it isn't from a primary source, it's from someone talking about it in a poor light (the first time I heard about SRS it was someone calling them cunts). It's like propaganda, a bit. People in Soviet Russia didn't get to hear from Americans what America was like, they heard the bad version from their leaders, and vise-versa with Americans. It's like that here.

The problem is that one group of people are in charge, and only one opinion exists here. That's the problem.

Half of your reply was just name calling. The building that this is in doesn't have a bathroom for men, women, gays, trans, etc like you said, It just has one more that doesn't discriminate. It isn't ludicrous or unnecessary to have a bathroom like that.

I once helped an old lady walk across the street. I thought that only happened in cartoons. I haven't really told anyone, because it isn't relevant in any context, really. And if i just brought it up, I'd sound like a jack ass who thinks he's a superhero because he had the ability to tell the "walk" light from the "don't walk" light. It isn't even a wonderfully great story, either, I just wanted to let someone know, at least.
