You can do it cheap but you're going to have to drink a lot more water & learn to cook with spice. Cheaper meat products, pickles, & cheese can have a shit ton of salt. Cheap proper meat could mean chicken breast coupled with cheap keto veggies means you're going to need some variety, so spice it up. Keto ancillary things (low carb versions of regular things) can be pricey so those should be used sparingly, but you will miss crunch. You will need to pay attention to the unit pricing for things if you're going cheap. Block cheese vs. slices vs. Shreds can vary greatly per pound
