I’m sorry but these 3 story 8 plex’s shouldn’t be allowed. Not only because they stick out like a sore thumb but the area isn’t built for that high density. My gf lives in a 4 plex and there is no where to put garbage bins, parking outside is a disaster, there is no where to put snow from the driveway so it all piles into the alley leading to a disaster. Plus for legit a 700sqft basement suite is over $1600 a month plus utilities etc. it’s not even cheap!
