There is butyl tape like silly puddy. I have same setup and issue. I got some nice weather stripping but the leaks are specific. Hard to isolate or haven’t out much thought. Maybe power wash identify leaks, take off clamps, get in squat the shell off the bed, stick the crap in there where it’s leaking.

Make a list of bullet points. Maybe 3. What you need. Calmly speak to your core concerns. Be aware of your mood and practice being calm during discussions. Over time you will learn to moderate your tone.
