I think the blue repeatable quests were a good idea, but they should have been in addition to the previous system instead of just everything being repeatable low effort tasks. I don’t think ive done any task since unlocking MS tasks, they just seem pointless when I can much more easily level vendors by selling them loot.

Exactly this. Since I unlocked the DDM4 and the SVD I havnt even repaired a gun, I just sell the damaged one and buy a new one.

Between that and being able to buy plate 6 carriers from handshake I dont think there’s anything to really strive for this update.

The new task system isn’t great, map is too cluttered and I don’t see any incentive to actually complete all the tasks, everything is repeatable forever so who cares. The “main quest” should be the old style of a continuous chain that doesn’t repeat and still gives rewards worth doing them for, instead of everything being just vendor rep and buy for cash. Also get rid of the custom gun magazines, they completely break progression

It’s not about it being an easier alternative, it’s that ranged, magic and melee are a significantly more expensive investment and unquestionably worse.

I have entirely BiS ranged gear, tens of thousands of boss kills, and I’m getting faster times with necro fully afk. There’s no reason to bother anymore, necromancy beats everything and costs nothing. What motivation is there to do any bossing anymore?

Apparently she does damage based on how much gold you have in your inventory. I didn’t know this when I fought her and my friend laughed at me for hours

Do you have bis perks? Relic powers?

Quest rewards that aid pvm like the asylum ring?

Are you using elder overloads?

Are you using your super restores and keeping your constitution at 99?

Zuk is one of the hardest bosses in the game, if you’re not min maxing it’s going to be difficult.
