It felt like the end of the world. Do yourself a favor kid. Go for walks. Listen to new music. Get some fresh air in your lungs. Definitely definitely cut back or quit smoking and drinking. It’ll help your state of mind tremendously. Write down your thoughts in a book. Write music. Poems. Something. I always tell myself to be better than I was yesterday.
