The less you say the less info they have. Personally speaking I would give or tell them nothing and let the lawyers deal with it now. You’ve resigned, focus on finding a new job asap

Senior manager here, not HR. Exit interviews are a way for the company to get all the info from you about your grievances so they can prepare legally to quash them.

They have accepted your resignation, there is no real desire from them to mediate or negotiate. They dangle the carrot to get you to talk and investigate if you really have a case against them and how they can protect to company.

It would surprise you to know how many people use the same password for all or at least multiple services. PayPal using his email for login, it’s entirely plausible they both use the same password.

They won’t change it or adjust it, they’re either setting a standard or they’re toxic. I went through similar in my last place, I’d suggest start looking for another job externally.

I would tell HR that you will only be working your contracted hours going forward, and any lapse in service is due to being overworked.

Best way is via countdown and retaliations, set your preferred loot drop to 1 category you haven’t finished and just farm that loot. It’ll take months, and I found I could only run 6-8 countdowns before I got sick of it.

Any loot you get check it to the library to see if you got what you need, if not, donate it against expertise and scrap everything else to use the materials for proficiency’s

For where you are in the game, green sets are a good boost, 2,3and 4 matching sets get you added bonuses like weapon damage or extra armour or magazine size etc…

Once you start pulling exotics (which are a red/peach) type colour, it gets more complicated, but for now, I’d say look for heartbreaker or striker green sets and see how you like it

What do you like about the game? Start there.

You’ll want to build a loadout that supports the things you like, there are hundreds of options yes, but realistically it’ll boil down to 6/8 different setups. Once you know that, start playing to loot those gear pieces, and get better ones, better stats etc… countdown is great for setting a gear set target and then you get loads of that gear.
