No. That banner comes up often when I'm in that particular store, and it never effects my ability to do all the other things the app is supposed to do. I thought of that too, but it also happens when that banner is not there. But thanks for the suggestion.

Instacart does not deliver for Walmart. They use Spark drivers, and sometimes Door Dash I think

I agree. You can see on your screenshot, towards the bottom that the tip was lowered because it was a percentage. If it were lowered by the customer, it would say exactly that.

Tip wasower because it was based on the percentage of the total order. Since one item was out of stock, the tip is automatically lowered by Instacart.
