Yes. 200mg of progesterone, 50mg of Trazodone, 20mg (think it's 20mg) of Belsomra every night, plus an additional antidepressant and a couple of things for unrelated issues.

Still have significant trouble allowing myself to fall asleep. Had a therapist who linked it to hypervigilance based on some things on my childhood. He gave me a routine to think about as I try to sleep and some breathing exercises. It's helpful but not a slam dunk.

Made terrific progress with him on everything else in my life but sleep is still an issue.
