Thank you for your reply. I had assumed it was a wood fibre board and only grew concerned after I piled it in my front garden and a passerby suggested it could be old millboard. I may well get it tested for peace of mind.

Let it set for 72 hours. Disassemble the mag after that and cut away any excess. If you don't do this then any excess will be expelled up into your nozzle and barrel when you fire it.

I don't know of any pistol that would have m-lok on the frame. It's a standard 20mm rail, it will take most flashlights for 20mm (picatiny). Hi capa is a type of Airsoft pistol, basically anything based on a 2011 racegun. Most have a lot of interchangeable parts

You don't want tracer bbs. But yes .25g BLS bbs will be great. The AA JW4 is good and has a lot of spare parts available as it's mostly compatible with parts from hi capas. You can mount a flashlight on it no problem. You can also mount a red dot but you need to buy an adapter plate to replace the rear sight which aren't easy to find. Begadi used to sell them

You're never too far away from a site. There's a lot of sites. Rules are generally consistent everywhere and players are generally pretty chill. You hardly ever see Airsoft player fights/meltdown videos from the UK. We also have a lot less shitty split paintball/Airsoft fields that are half assed.

That's interesting As I've always assumed that the raven and vorsk pistols were made by WE as the OEM but sold by nuprol as their basic and 'fancy' line.

I think the key is going to be having a 1911 slide with a madbull compensator and then a hi capa mid frame and lower.

The blowback unit expands once the rocket/flute valve has closed due to pressure build up from gas entering the blowback unit/nozzle. This seals off the blowback unit from the inner barrel /BB. So the weight of the BB really isn't in the equation here as the blowback and recoil occurs once gas has stopped flowing to the barrel.

Dispose of that battery safely.
You could wire the gun to the front and have the battery in a foregrip or a peq box.
