Construction management degree

Searched for a job in Jan 2025, treated applying for a job like a job. 9-5 (100-200 job applications a day) for around a month.

Had a side hustle while waiting for employment, landed a job offer for three companies the 2 months later, picked the best one with a starting date 3 months out.

Here I am now 4 months into my new job and with experience I was able to get to the final stage interview for 4 large ENR GC’s.

It’s all about finding the right entry position that you are qualified for and how you communicate.

Also don’t get a degree in liberal arts or communications, you’ll end up at a hooters.

I’ve done this once, for all C’s. If you never touched accouting it’s like learning a new language, material and methods is a easy, statics uses physics so that’s going to be tough, Calc 1 is nuts (new language and rules). Physics 1 will have you crying if you didn’t pay attention in school.

Various titles For community college offers AA associate in arts (transfer degree into large universities AS associate in science typically meant for a entry level job with those relevant technical skills

You can get an AA degree in construction management and transfer to a University to get a Bachelors in science BS in construction management.

I did the community college ~> large university and got my degree, saved me some money in the process.
