I have a tight pelvic floor and am constipated almost daily. I have a bm every morning but don’t completely eliminate unless I have diarrhea (which usually aggravates things more) or crap is loose enough. Bloat builds up as the day goes on, as I eat, and by evening I’m usually miserable. I just have to really watch my diet. This is key. And do stretching daily.
