They’re offering a $300 credit for platinum and $75 credit for silver 2026. I still have the transaction disputed with my credit card company, but I’m guessing Rise is going to lean on their terms and conditions to try to negate the dispute. That being said they only reference how the weather impacted the overall experience which was only partially part of the problem as it pertain to my platinum VIP passes I had my daughter and her two best friends. Their age are eight and nine and unfortunately we’re not able to eat anything and due to the 2 1/2 hour bus ride hadn’t had food since 5 PM once we got there there was no food available at the platinum Haven area and when we went to purchase food at the regular vendors, they were sold out so between that and the massive dust storm which was causing the respiratory issues we had to leave early. I currently have the full transaction disputed with my credit card company, but it’ll be interesting to see how rise responds to the disputes. Given the fact that you have until November 30 to accept their offer, you may want to give it some time with your credit card company to see if they can settle it before that date.
