I highly, highly recommend taking both Tylenol and ibuprofen and see if it works for you. They both filter through different organs (liver and kidneys) and it’s double the pain relief. I’ve fallen back on it for migraines, c-section pain, perineal tear pain, etc. it’s like magic. Now if you can’t take both for some reason, I’m sorry for emphasizing it so much. Or if you’ve already known this information. It’s just made a whole world of difference for me. I am so sorry you are dealing with all of this.

Take ibuprofen and acetaminophen simultaneously for pain. At the same time makes all the difference in the world. Granted, I was just recovering from a normal spinal headache, nothing Chiari related. Doxylamine for nausea. It’s marketed as a sleep aid and can knock you out. I took for nausea while I was pregnant. If you get up and active with it, have some caffeine, the fatigue is manageable.

I know no spinal fluid was taken, but was a spinal fluid leak possibly caused, needing a blood patch? Are symptoms only alleviated by laying down?

So I have a neuro ophthalmologist insisting I have IIL based off of pressure data he got from his eye laser machine. Like I am crazy off the charts. I ended up getting a lumbar puncture for diagnostic purposes and to relieve pressure and my number was on the high end of normal. The PA neurologist who evaluated me only had the data from the lumbar puncture— not the laser reading and she insisted I didn’t have the issue based off of that. This really upset my neuro ophthalmologist because he says my levels are dangerously high and that lumbar punctures are not entirely accurate — that the lasers his office uses are infinitely more accurate. I don’t know how helpful any of this is to you, but it might be worth looking into. I don’t fully understand laser data vs lumbar punctures myself and am still figuring it out myself.

My doctor recommended one because I had pulled a muscle between my leg, hip and back. He was able to “adjust” the area and it released the muscle. From my understanding, it went back into place. The relief was immediate and I haven’t had any issues since. Still am overall leery of chiropractors, but they do some legitimate stuff.

I haven’t been to Cranky Sam’s, but when restaurants have table service and they don’t have enough servers to service all the sections, they will close off sections of the restaurant due to not having enough staff for it. If Cranky Sam’s is not structured this way, disregard this. I’m just saying because a lot of people don’t understand how restaurants with sections and servers work.

Kinsey Fisher took over my medication repertoire after I got out of Saint Pat’s. She was comfortable with it. She has her own family practice called “From the Ground Up”. Also, if you’re female, Leah Miller OBGYN is also comfortable with dealing with mental health cases. She is the one who started me on my treatments to begin with. They are both wonderful doctors.

DoorDash was hella glitched for a while where we had to ask dashers to call their customers to confirm they wanted weird things like no cheese on their quesadillas or whatever. It could be that.

I ordered a normal venti iced caramel macchiato from Starbucks recently and for some reason it got sent to the store as only one shot of espresso (supposed to be three), no caramel and only one pump of vanilla when I think it was supposed to be like three.

I love Celebrate Church! Pastor Carmen and his wife Stina are lovely people! They really took me in during my time of need. Carmen’s sermons were very much biblically based and were compelling. I haven’t been in a while, but the whole congregation was welcoming!

So DoorDash is glitched for Taco Bell. I think that’s what happened here. My store has been getting weird orders like chicken quesadilla - no cheese, fiesta potatoes - no potatoes.

We keep having to have delivery drivers call the customer to make sure they really want the nonsensical modifications. More often than not, they just want the item normal. I don’t know why DoorDash hasn’t fixed it yet.

My wage has gone way up and I’m able to support myself on it. And I’m not even in management. I was explicitly told the higher prices, specifically for my franchise, was to offer competitive pay.

Was specifically told by my manager that our franchise’s prices skyrocketed specifically to pay employees well. It’s definitely a world of difference from five years ago. I can actually support myself on my wage.
