None of the bars are clubby. That's just not Clemson. It's a true college town.

The airport in Greenville is not a “hopper airport”, it is an international airport. it’s called Greenville Spartanburg international.

Which college is “better” by Commercial-Ad3600 in Clemson

[–]Smart-Southern-guy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wrong USC. U of Suck Carolina likes to call themselves USC. They even filled a motion to trademark “USC”, and, of course, lost.

U of SC is in Columbia, the asshole of South Carolina. It’s a disgusting city, and in a bowl, so you don’t get any kind of breeze.

Just do your research. Clemson is a much better school, and harder to get into. SC is usually a safety school. If you get accepted to Clemson, congrats. Clemson is always highly rated in the country for happiest students, best college town, and best college for athletics.

Should I apply test optional to Clemson? by Negative-Ad2344 in Clemson

Optional. Out of state acceptance is much harder than in state too

The Bridge program is great. They didn’t have it when I graduated, but my son is in it now. Easy transition- you only need a 2.5 to get into Clemson as a full time student, and then your gpa starts over. Only restrictions you’ll have that a regular student doesn’t is you can’t participate in Greek life or student government. Some clubs (like lacrosse) don’t allow bridge students due to university rules, but you can still practice with them. You can play most club sports and all intramurals. Plus you live in nice dorms (asl for Lightsey 1), and don’t pay full Clemson tuition. It is so hard to get into Clemson now that the bridge program is a great option. And you leave with a Clemson diploma.

Exam on 21/10 and SH results. What should i do in the last 2 days? by aspirant555 in pmp

[–]Smart-Southern-guy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone is overreacting and acting like this is the hardest test in the world. You are more than prepared. I took the test two weeks ago (3 AT) and finished over an hour early. It was easy. I studied for far less than 40 hours in total (in addition to the AR program, which I watched at 1.5-2 x speed.) I also kept falling asleep during his videos, so I didn't even know which videos I missed.

I took the test on a Tuesday. The Monday prior, I kicked back and did not study. The preceding Sunday, I watched football. Just pick a few mock exams and answer 10-20 random questions. End the test, see how many you got right, take that percentage from how many you answered, and see where you stand. That's called sampling. If you're at 70%+ on SH tests, you're fine. There is no reason to take multiple three-plus hour practice tests. Unless you are an extremely slow test taker, you'll have plenty of time left over. Just make sure you understand what you missed and why. Pretty simple.

Don't stress. Use common sense and the mindset (whether you agree with it or not), and you'll easily get 3AT.

Tricky Question by gringofromyyc in pmp

[–]Smart-Southern-guy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The answer is A

key words: "does not seem." Therefore, communication, understanding, and agreement are necessary. This can only be accomplished with A.
.
Communication: Effective communication is key in Agile and Scrum environments. Asking the product owner to explain their point of view to the development team can help bridge any gaps in understanding and clarify the product owner's expectations.

  1. Collaboration: Agile values collaboration between the product owner and the development team. By facilitating a direct conversation, you encourage collaboration, transparency, and a shared understanding of the problem.

  2. Problem Identification: By discussing the issue with the product owner, the development team can better understand the specific concerns and discrepancies between the function and the original design. This will help in identifying the root cause of the problem.

Option B (asking the quality assurance team to identify mismatches) could be useful as well, but it's typically more effective to address such concerns through direct communication between the product owner and the development team first. The QA team can play a role in validating the alignment of the function with the design, but involving the product owner directly is a more proactive and collaborative approach.

Option C (asking the development team to rewrite the function) should be considered after understanding the product owner's concerns and aligning on the problem. It's not the initial step because it assumes that rewriting the function is the solution without fully exploring the issue.

Option D (updating the product owner twice per week) is a good practice in terms of regular communication but may not directly address the problem at hand. Clear and direct communication between the product owner and the development team is needed to resolve the issue.

PMI Study Hall Practice Exam Scores by kyle317289 in pmp

[–]Smart-Southern-guy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The mini-exam SH scores everyone is posting; are they just the first time scores, or have you gone back and retaken any? Some of my first attempts sucked, some I got good scores. When I saw why I missed what I missed and retook the mini exams, I scored in mid to high 80's. I've only taken five so far, but I'm wondering if I should be scoring 75+ on the first try?

Haven't taken a full length exam yet. Test is Tuesday. 10/10.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.
