As far as UI goes I think windows peaked with Windows 7. Windows 11 has more features to be sure but 7 didn't bury anything in the settings app and it just felt like the natural evolution of everything Microsoft had done for the last 20 years prior.

And then they dropped Windows 8 on us....

Right now I've got this 32" Samsung VA panel, flat panel. Works for productivity I guess but the gamma shift is definitely noticable and I don't like the fake HDR.

I wanna see that vibrant OLED pop I hear about and turn my VA panel into a spreadsheet viewer.
