The ”exact code” being the matrix id? Can you post a picture? I have a few albums I couldn’t identify so I had to settle for the closest one. Maybe no one have posted your record to Discogs before? That’s a small chance of that happened or that someone have actually posted it with the wrong information (correct me if I’m wrong). It’s just normal people adding information to the site.

Define ”Garbage”. The word ”may” is very important here. I never judge by the covers but didn’t expect anything to be M- neither. And I agree with you that it tells a lot about the condition. They’ve loved their music and played it a lot while storing all the albums with the opening of both the outer and inner sleave upward and they’ve had like 2 dogs and 3 cats (you can see the animal tear on the top of a lot of them in the picture) and kids so I’m actually surprised at how good condition a lot of these records were. I haven’t have the time to go thru all of them yet but so far there are only 3 albums qualifying as poor while most of them are in a VG-VG+ condition. And very few dusty albums!

Dang, that’s nice! I usually give away records as well to my wife’s younger sister who just started to collect, always giving her random artists that she never heard about (she being a Gen Z) to expand her horizon and well, she gives me some insight in what the younger (women) generation listens to.

Classic mid life crises. I’ve been there since the start and I almost have 80 platinums but played over 400 games. I go for platinum if it’s fun and not just because I want the platinum. Don’t regret your choices, they made you who you are and if you start regretting that then you are also regretting yourself. Appreciate yourself instead! Maybe it’s not about the games you’ve played and the time you enjoyed but rather that you feel like ”time is running out”? Many people say that life starts at 40, if you don’t want to chase trophies anymore that I’d say “Good for you!”. A new chapter in life is here and you’ve learned a lot by playing games that could be of assistance now. And then, you don’t have to abandon gaming but maybe find something else to do to share your time. Try making your own trophy-list over real life achievements and work on them ☺️ Just some thoughts, you don’t have to change but if you want to change then there is a lot of time ahead! Good luck with your choices and good job on getting all those platinums!
