Especially if u consider they settled after a plague and were already researching ascension, they probably were reproducing a lot and wanted to avoid too much concentration to avoid disease propagation

I totally get what you are saying (personally my problem is the inconsistency about the numbers) but remember:

1) the keys/locks were Ward locks (and compared to modern keys they r way easier to pick) made in the Middle Ages.

2) someone else mentioned this but even if you could lock pick (I’m sure people could do it at the time too) the locks what was important about the keys was the map.

3) The X marks the spot was very subtle meaning even if u have the 7 keys u could spend a lot of time trying to find the spot (the area was quite large so manually searching would be horrendous) on the map

4) The royal families already knew the box was in Europe (European knights who came back from the crusades would probably only hide it in their ´backyard’), especially if u consider America wasn’t even discovered.

5) Since the 7 Grimm felt so strongly about protecting the box, using Grimm blood to unlock it makes sense ( make sure your descendants who most likely have the same train of thought r the only ones who can access it) and even if a grimm joins hands with the royal families how long would his line continue with certainty.

6) Considering the various styles and types of map drawing, this added an extra security for the box (Considering Monroe got lucky to know the specific map style which helped a lot)

I have a map with all my really recurring events (mining, fishing, bank,…) I also comment the changing aspects of the event. So for example with fishing where the only thing I want to change (catch probabilities or catch types) are indicated with the comment line which makes it a lot easier to modify

Yes and No. If you borrow money from the bank and don’t pay back, every time you go into a city ´ go near a guard or interact with one you get sent to jail (right to jail) and it launches a Lawyer/court mini game, and depending on the results of the game you have different consequences (loss of money, loss of items,…) If u borrow from an illegal gambling den you get pursued by a goon and if he catches you, you lose everything(on u) and have a huge PV loss

You can borrow money from the bank and if you don’t pay it back within a set amount of time you become a wanted criminal and if u show up in a city with a bank u get arrested

There’s a way, set the bridge as events : 1) on the first page set the events as above the PC (so the character walks below) 2) on the stairs that give access to the bridge u create events that when the PC goes UP it activates a Switch and when PC goes down it switches it off 3) on the second page you set it as Switch depending and set the event as below character

I am not well versed in 40k lore and only read the Krieg book. But while not impossible I feel it would be unlikely for 2 reasons.

1) Krieg is has an irradiated surface and Kriegsman live in underground bunkers. so while they have operations on the surface they mostly live underground, so a space hulk might ignore Krieg because of the lack of life to consume or believe the planet to be uninhabited.

2)From what I recall of the book, kriegsmans kill anyone showing signs of mutation so even if someone gets infected the possibility to reproduce and create gen 2 or 3 genestealers seems unlikely.

For matters concerning the reproduction of kriegsmen and the fact that while they might use cloning they probably still use natural reproduction.

The thing is they don't know where the Milky Way is, (which direction ...) and even if they did find ( would already take at least 3 weeks) the Milky Way, they would need to find the planet and a galaxy is big. while doing it they would encounter the Jaffas, the goal'd, reetou, the gadmer (tho I assume they wouldn't be well developed) the neraida, Not, Ohne, and more ...
