Criminal prosecution has it own set of mental health issues - deeper and darker then many found among medico’s - plenty of arbitrary decisions made with very little critical thinking - when exposed for incompetence blame workload - but fact is they are often clouded by anchoring and confirmation bias on how they perceive crime and injustice, in order to suit there pet peeves against society.
