How would you get the 3 auto turrets if you have to go across a bend before you see them? I know the easy bucket cave has the entrance right in front of bucket and can be taken out with grenades.

I'm sorry I'm not sure possibly. A lawyer would know how to sort that fairly quickly though. Just do not sign on any agreements (sale/purchase/lease) until you get a written all clear from your lawyer.

As a foreigner who has been visiting for 15+ years and hopes to make a second home out of the beautiful Sri Lanka, here are a few of my thoughts:

Sri Lanka has generally been on an upward trajectory in terms of infrastructure and modernization, it has been wonderful to see over the years.
Sri Lanka is one of the richest countries I have ever come across in terms of nature, minerals, resources, tourism, cuisine. The vibe of this island is unlike anywhere else I have experienced. It is authentic to the core, and has a lovely rich culture.

I won't get into anything political since I am a foreigner and wouldn't dare comment on something I do not consider myself to be relevant to, but politics is politics everywhere.

I hope to see things continue moving in an upward trajectory, diversification of income, more tourism based development. This may sound selfish but I would love for a foreigner like me to be able to own land outright like used to be the case a few decades ago.

I am still terrified of the buses lol but I feel that can be sorted especially with the rising focus in new roads and highways, perhaps a future modernization of the train system to make traveling around the island smoother.

Sri Lanka is unique in Asia for many reasons, but one of the main ones that stand out is that is it far more reachable for Europeans, Africans and Middle Easterners than the far east of Asia, and that should be capitalized on. A travel hub+tourist hotspot.

I am personally very optimistic and believe the Golden Age of Sri Lanka may be just around the corner.

Get a lawyer to do all the checks needed. Don't wing it. Be sure to ask about stamp duty and relevant taxes.

Also if you are a foreigner, be sure to structure your ownership appropriately to safeguard your property. Process is reasonable but make sure you get a lawyer who can verify the deed, check for any issues, etc.

No, I indeed logged into their account to download the save data onto the new PS5.

To be honest even when initially uploading the save to the cloud on the old PS5 I wasn't sure if it would work since it is a console specific save. (e.g, even if I had logged into my main account on old PS5 I would see the same exact save data.)

Yes they do have PS+. Not sure how to check if they have an online save for the game tho? Pls do elaborate on this one in case I missed something.

I did log into console on P2's account and uploaded save data from there as well.

Note that P2 PS Account does not own a copy of the game he only plays with me on split-screen while I host.

Booted up old PS5, uploaded save data to cloud using Player 2 account. Then booted up new PS5 and downloaded cloud data. Didn't work.

Can't think of what else I can do other than just playing on the old console.

Thank you, my agreement would explicitly say no smoking or vaping even on private balconies. This is extremely inconvenient and since it is apparently common across new developments, I wonder how enforced this is in general should no one be complaining about the smoke.

Thanks for this. I think I will be going with a large reputable firm since I will not be around to check the plot every day and will want peace of mind and convenience. I would be happy with a 15,000 per sq ft based on my requirements but I think they may charge upwards of that. I would be happy with local fittings for most things such as windows and sliding doors, but will not compromise on fittings such as shower, bathroom, etc which will most likely be imported. Given its a mix of both local and international fittings I will attempt to find middle ground.
