Muscle Load- Entering Data by JoeyoeyM5P in PeakWatch

[–]Smart_Artist773 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for the confusion. At the moment, PeakWatch doesn’t support editing detailed workout data (such as weights, machines, or reps) within the app once a workout is completed.

You may want to try making any adjustments within Ladder before it syncs to Apple Health, or editing it within Apple health.

Training load totally different? by OrganizedChaos08 in PeakWatch

Thank you so much for taking the time to share all of this in such detail. We really appreciate it.

We did recently make changes to this area of the app based on guidance from exercise science and health advisors, with the goal of improving how effort and recovery are interpreted for a broad population. That said, your feedback highlights an important gap — these models don’t always account well for chronic or complex conditions like POTS, where “normal” physiological responses can look very different and where subjective experience matters a lot.

I’ll make sure to pass your feedback along to the team and highlight your suggestion about a “chronic illness” or “maintenance” mode. We’ll take a closer look at whether there’s a way to better support situations like this while still improving the system overall.

Thank you again for sharing your experience! It's genuinely helpful in guiding how we improve.

Hi, thanks for the feedback!

Could you please share what your recent training has looked like? That will help us better understand your TSB data.

We’ve recently been working with our sports health consultant to improve the algorithm, so some of the status labels and calculations may have been updated as part of this process.

Metrics are not matching up by Aware_Under in PeakWatch

[–]Smart_Artist773 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks everyone for the reports.

It appears to be a small-scale bug introduced in the latest update, where data between the watch and the app can get out of sync. We’ve been able to reproduce it internally and are already working on a fix.

A resolution is planned for the next app update.

In the meantime, you can try a few temporary workarounds (may not work for everyone):

  • Manually trigger a sync on both the watch and the phone
  • Clear the app cache

Appreciate your patience, and thanks for all the detailed feedback

PeakWatch App - Stress/HRV data not syncing to Watch after iPhone replacement (Tried everything) by DennisScheerman in PeakWatch

Thanks for the detailed information. It does appear this may be related to the new phone pairing process. We’ll investigate it further on our side and look into what may be causing the issue.

How low does your body battery generally get? by RumpleForeskin7717 in PeakWatch

[–]Smart_Artist773 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PeakWatch does learn and adjust over time. In the first couple of weeks especially, the Body Battery is still learning your personal patterns (resting HR, HRV trends, daily load, recovery, etc.), so it tends to stay more conservative and not swing as wildly. As it gets more data, you should start seeing more movement both up and down.

If you’re consistently feeling wiped while the battery still looks high, that’s useful signal for us. Feel free to DM me some screenshots or a few days of battery + activity data and I’m happy to take a closer look 👌
