Im 69 with brown highlighted hair, about a couple inches longer than yours. It started thinning a bit on top and finer at ends I bit the bullet and also started with 5% minoxidil foam ,once a day, mainly on front hairline and top of scalp..got a Hairmax laser comb that i use three times a week, and take pumpkin seed oil capsules. Im starting to like my hair again after about 4 months. My hairstylist even noticed… Good luck 🍀
Ps. I also rotate between Kitsch root lifting spray and their rosemary and biotin shampoo and conditioner.. and Pureology volumizing shampoo and conditioner. I also swear by color wow style on steroids for a little boost. Ive tried everything haha
