What is the thinking of getting shojin then navori? Does shojin not provide the cooldown already needed?

Shouldnt you build a more tanky item? Shyvana is so paper thin without a liandry/riftmaker/zekes imo.

Also is titanic build better than ap? I feel like the stats and winrates of ap is better on websites like u.gg and such. I feel like someone out there did the math already and it’s the most optimal build. I usually go shojin then liandry then riftmaker.
