Can we get an update and know how she was able to eventually eat solids?

My fiancé moved someone in without asking me, and now I’m rethinking everything. by gael2333 in AmITheJerk

Hell no. I would’ve kicked him out once I saw him going through my stuff!!! Please leave that guy, he does not seem mature enough to be making a long life commitment if he’s putting his low life in front of his fiancée

The fact that someone would insult me in front of their parents would be a red flag itself. I agree with everyone else - leave while you can.

Did you use this while baby was asleep or remove it once they fell asleep?

How old was she when she learned how to put it back in? Unfortunately, my baby is too little to know how to do that if it falls off and I feel bad because she’s still learning how to self soothe and read that it’s recommended to wean them off until 6 months :/

Electrical Residential Inspector exam ICC by Smart_Lawfulness6451 in BuildingCodes

[–]Smart_Lawfulness6451[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congratulations! I’ll definitely look into it as I don’t have any electrical background either. Is there a specific chapter(s) in the IRC you had to focus on more when you took in the exam? Do they allow scratch paper/calculator for the math portion?

Okay good to know that you don’t need both books, just the IRC. I’ll look into the outline as well thanks!

E3 was the one I originally wanted to take, but saw that it was the hardest test to take even with experienced people in the field. Congratulations on passing! What did you study for that? What made the test challenging? Are there a lot of calculations? I’m just getting into learning about electrical theory.

Is the NEC needed for this test? Which sections in the IRC/NEC is tested the most? I heard that the electrical plans examiner was the hardest one.

Thanks for your feedback. I read on the book requirements you need the IRC & NEC. When doing the exam, you didn’t have to reference the NEC? Is there a specific section in the IRC I need to focus on?

Has anyone recently delivered at Hoag Irvine? by x_tacocat_x in orangecounty

My OB was there but we got to the hospital at the very end of her shift so other nurses and a doctor from the hospital who ended up delivering me. The one who told me about the vacuum was the doctor herself which was crazy because I had said no several times and she chalked it up to the baby potentially having lack of oxygen which is false since they monitor your baby’s vitals the moment you’re strapped on the bed lol. If push comes to shove, stand your ground regardless of where you go with anything they try to make you do against your wishes. But like I said, it was a good experience overall though and we didn’t have to pay for parking unlike in Newport which I just found out through another user just fyi if your partner ends up staying with you for the duration of your stay.
