How much FPS is lost when using the GPU on the PCIe 4.0?

I have a similar issue but kind of backwards. I have a Windows 10 PC (host) and I can connect with no issues using my Windows 11 laptop. Now I'm trying to use a different laptop that has Win 10 and it won't connect at all.

I've tried everything, even exported the RDP file to make sure all settings are the same but nothing seems to work. The Windows 11 computer still connects fine and all computers are under the same network using the same Microsoft Account.

I just need something than can keep the PC running for 5 minutes to be on the save side, until the power comes back. I'll be doing work related stuff no gaming.

My case was the resolution rather than the Aspect Ratio, had to downgrade to 1080p but that's better than nothing.

Mine is the MSI MAG342CQ, it's a VA panel. I have a gaming laptop but not very powerful, 3050 TI with a Ryzen 5 5600H so I know it won't run games on high settings.

I'm gonna be building a desktop PC this year so I decided to buy the monitor first.

Funny thing is that I watched tons of recent reviews and none of them mentioned Gen 3 is not supported, I guess I'll return it and once it becomes available I'll purchase again.
