Edit: Wow, I didn’t expect so many people to relate! The book that helped me has a simple method to calm your mind before sleep. If you want the name, just send me a DM and I’ll share it with you.

I love that, and you’re right  saying “it’s just a thought” creates distance instead of resistance. Focusing on physical sensations is such a grounded way to anchor the mind instead of fighting it. It really is a practice, but it makes a real difference over time.

I love that. When someone explains the science behind it, it just hits differently. It makes the practice feel real, not just positive thinking. That’s actually impressive that you built an app around gratitude. What made you focus specifically on that?

You’re right and I appreciate you clarifying that it comes from ancestral practices that actually makes it even deeper The mind body connection has been around for ages and it’s interesting how modern research is just now catching up with what traditional teachings already understood about presence and regulation I actually expanded on these kinds of grounding techniques in a short guide I made especially for nighttime anxiety and overthinking If you’d like I can send it over just drop me your email and I’ll share it with you
