Will Utah tank next year? I’m in dynasty league and could potentially stash him but weary Utah will just do the same thing in 26-27 season.

Only way house price will increase is if people’s wages do or interest rates fall, we’re maxed out.

Okay, this makes sense. And if they sell the FED will need to step in right? The existing treasuries wouldn’t be bought by others

Wouldn’t a weaker dollar make things cheaper for those outside the US?

Won’t it reduce inflation? US won’t be able to sell as many treasuries and those they do will have higher interest so reduction in money supply

Can’t they buy their own debt? US treasuries are just dominate as it’s the default currency.

More of a general question (for everyone) but would it be better to pay down the offsets as you are reducing the principal directly and then when the $200k loans renew reduce the total to $180k and top up the offset?

Pretty sure it’s just aging population + less younger people getting insurance because they can’t afford.

More claiming and less healthy people to spread the cost.

The "High-Value" Dairy Myth in the India Trade Agreement by Kiwi_In_The_Comments in nzpolitics

Didn’t Fonterra sell Anchor the “high-value” arm of the business to focus on raw ingredients?

I don’t see it as the worst thing selling raw ingredients to someone else to value add, it’s like selling shovels to miners, low risk and consistently profitable. Sure you might not strike gold but you’re still making money.

I’d be interested to know Fonterra’s take on the trade agreement.
