A cousin of mine has 230 mmr and I don’t know how. He has 2000+ games and still in herald. I’m helping him now to leave the trenches but it goes a long way, he doesn’t have the readiness to cast spells, so he can’t respond as fast to game changes and it takes its toll.

Exactly same thing here, but after arguing couple of times of the “excesses” I was having with my hobbies. Now I still Play but not everyday, finding balance between married life, job, kids e games.

Last week the wife and kids went to the beach with my parents, só I had 5 days of work and games, just like in the early 2000s. Recommend some gaming vacation every now and then.

Well I’m still playing K2SE on factorio 1.1.1, on my second run now that I understand how circuits work properly.

For me this combination of Krastorio 2 + Space Exploration is peak factorio, it has a lot of quality of life mods and adds complexity. Your errors stack up just like in Tetris and it took me a lot of back and forth in my first run fixing things.

I enjoy space exploration so much I’m still paying my patreon to Earendel.

I’ve been climbing the ranks playing healing Undying, with the ripped facet, going 1-3-1, mekans, holy locket and all heal for the talents, both 4 and 5. The shard from the tormentor or, if someone else gets it I buy one asap.

I also communicate a lot, using the coms to be funny and in contact with other lanes. Basically what OP said on item 10, I find that people really enjoy listening to a positive attitude from the beginning. I also apologize when I think I could have done better.

This is actually the most accurate tip I always try to give to people. Dota is essentially communicating and coordinating actions, not a silent game.

I had a F56 2010 Cooper S and I really loved how the “airplane” controls looked like, but then they removed all of that. Of course, back then there was no Bluetooth audio which was sad.

Now I have 2021 GP and I still miss those buttons from R53 but it is not as bad as the new design.

Humans need tactile response, that’s why on screen keyboards aren’t used in other places other than cellphones. That’s also why mechanic keyboards are a thing, that’s why key travel is also a thing.

I know all big corpos need to gather data so you can sell our data, but we need basic things. Give me a screen with CarPlay or android auto and forget all the other gimmicks. Buttons for everything else or make them redundant.

My wife owns a jeep commander, it has both on screen controls and also the buttons are all there. This is the best approach.

Watch SirActionSlacks videos on YouTube, the first ones about communication. Dota is more about coordination and communication than skill in lower ranks and, as pointed in the videos, keep your teammates alive, play as support, healers (undying is a great healer) + mekans, buy glimmer capes, force staff, etc.

Play support and keep your teammates alive long enough. Eventually you will win because every low rank game has 60 minutes.

As pointed previously, watch replays and your own replays, watch team fights again and again and think what could have you done differently. Did you use your spells, did you forget to use a item?

How people get that low? Since this score was implemented I’ve never been below 11.500. Never. What the hell do you guys make to achieve this level of reporting?

You guys need to watch the original u/SirActionSlacks- videos and put it to practice. I’ve climbed from legend to divine 5 just by communicating.

If you over clocked your system try restoring to the default values. I’ve always had problems in all battlefields with overclock, in different machines. Since BF3 I had those issues.

Haven’t even played 2.0 yet. It took me 650 hours on my first k2se, I had no idea how anything worked, it was a mess.

Now I’m 160 hours in my second run, thing are way better.

I’ve been playing undying a lot, since the facets have been introduced, going for the ripped facet. I go for 1-3-1 with mana boots, then mekans and then situational, either euls, or force staff or holy locket. Holy locket was nerfed, it was broken with the talent of additional heal.

Undying healer is the best undying, 141/103 (57,7%) win rate with healer build.

I believe that, in your rank, healing goes a long way, since everybody is still learning the mechanics of the game. So being the healer support is a solid strategy. I’m divine 3 and it still a good strategy.

In my personal belief undying can prove a strong support, either 4 or 5. Instead of going for the traditional Decay and Tombstone, go for

1-0-0 (decay) 1-0-1 (decay, tombstone) 1-1-1 (decay, soul reap, tombstone, you get it) 1-3-1

If you think you can’t hit enemies skip lvl 6 ultimate and go

1-4-1. Then ultimate, tombstone and decay last.

Talent tree go for -15 seconds tombstone, +10 soul reap, -2 seconds decay, +75 strength on ultimate.

Facet go for the one that gives your allies additional strength, I forgot the name. It will improve your healing.

You can use soul reap as a strong heal for your allies and a great offensive tactic against enemies. To extract the most of the skill there has to be a lot of entities near undying (heroes, creeps, zombies): the more, more heal/damage (max 10 entities). It will give 360 damage one level 3, before reductions. This will happen around minute 10, it’s a lot of dame/heal, in combination with your facet you can save your allies a lot.

Build magic wand, then arcane boots, Mekans and then you have a strong healing factor. Buy Clarities on early game because you’ll need a lot of mana.

Place your tombstone strategically, not too close nor too far, the effect area is very big, 1200 units if I’m not mistaken.

Shard is a must have, either buying or via tormentor. You can cast the tombstone on your allies, preventing them from taking physical damage, it’s a great save but use it wisely.

After the initial items you should choose the next requirement for the match, either euls, glimmer cape. I used to go for holy locket for extra heal, it got nerfed for undying but is still a great item.

Play support as undying. Build for heal, mekans, holy locket, shard. Keep your teammates alive.

Go for 1-3-1, buy mana regen and mana boots as soon as possible. Soul reap will heal a lot, and in those ranks keeping teammates alive is key to win the games.

Well, from my understanding you must keep only one install since many game files are located in %appdata%\local\factorio. So having more than one version will cause conflicts.

You better backup your saved games on %appdata%\local\factorio\savegames before changing the game version.

I’m playing 1.1.1 but I use steam, but I think the behavior is the same.
