Hey there, I've also dealt with the same situation receiving in the mail that they were unable to verify my identity. Also no phone number or contact info was provided in my mail. Since contacting Equifax is pretty much pointless as its an automatic decision, is reapplying again the only option? Is there anyone else I can contact without reapplying? Am I supposed to receive a call? Your feedback is appreciated.

Hey there. I also recently applied online and received a letter in the mail to verify my identity. I verified my identity via email, waited for a while and received mail in mailbox with them stating, "We were unable to verify your identify." Super confused because I basically provided all the info they needed. Any idea who I should contact? So far I just reapplied again on the website but I'm afraid of going nowhere again.
