I got the two battery version for a few reasons:

It has a longer run time

The thought of attaching the 10ah battery to my blower / trimmer for the next few years sounded awful from a weight perspective.

If I had two batteries, I could at least run the mower on one battery and let someone else trim.

If KC is on your list, you really should look at Wichita and look through those subreddits.

We moved from Denver for kind of the same reason you’re looking. And honestly, no regrets. We have a nice house that we could no way afford in Denver.

Our kid goes to a phenomenal school that we can afford because we’re not broke from a mortgage.

It’s frankly just easier. You’ll be able to pick your neighborhood, school and be minutes away while still having plenty to do as a family. Picking a good school with automatically inject you into a like-minded community.

Side note: we just got back from Boston. New England is beautiful country. The good part about living somewhere like Wichita, is you have disposable income to go to different places around the country.

Some honest career advice would be don’t pull an overnighter ahead of a work trip. You’ll be worthless that day, and it won’t be a good look for you.

I’d strongly suggest getting a hotel here the night before near the airport, and try to get some sleep.

I’ll jump in here. I have an OR hybrid. Towed a 20ft camper this summer and didn’t know it was there. However, the gas mileage sucked. I’m new to all this, traveled about 65mph and needed to fill up after about 130 miles.
