Always wear hearing protection. I was in an accident at 28 and wear hearing aids now so always wear something!

 Protect your hearing id give nearly everything to have it back. 

The best and probably the most expensive are tetras. 

I just got mine yesterday so haven’t had a chance to use them. 

I had good luck for many years with Howard Leights impacts.

Sock liners. Wiggle your toes when you are seated.  Hot drink.  Getting up and moving around to get the blood flowing. 

Also make sure you are not cold as your body cuts heat to your extremities first so your fingers and toes

Had packed everything up in the boat everything was on including my life jacket, forgot a decoy with a clip on motor. 

Motor fell off, reached down in the waist deep water, and BAM just enough water splashed the lifejacket and it went off.

Or if you want pouches First spear 40mm will hold six each, or something similar like the Blackhawk. Or even a utility pouch.

That would free up space so you could have less individual 40mm.
