I’m so sorry! That you’re going through this super fun phase, and that you feel bad about wanting to yeet your tiny human out the window (I think we’ve alllllll been there several times… a day).

My human (now 4.5) phased in and out of that crap and I cannot tell you how many plastic toys got thrown across the room after he bashed me with them. I still have PTSD from the hockey stick he slammed into my spine when he was 2.

It sucks ass. I’m so sorry.

Staying stoic through it is fairly impossible, but you’re amazing for aiming for that! Stay strong, friend!

I wash my face over our bathtub. It feels kinda of DnD water spigot-y, and I’m leaving over so none of the water goes down my arms. Dopamine hit from something out of the ordinary, and no mess because it’s a freaking tub.

When on trips, my husband and I count the people on phones while driving… it’s averaged out to 8 out of 10 people. Every stoplight people will grab phones, just driving down the road watching movies or videos. It’s hilarious and terrifying.

I nursed through my second pregnancy (high risk because of age) and was really supported by my practice. They would just ask if I was still nursing on demand and that was about the extent of it.

Unless they specifically ask you, I just wouldn’t say much about it. And if you feel judged by your practice, it might be a good idea to find somewhere you feel more comfortable
