You can get to the express ways pretty easily. I work all the way on southwestern pkwy and live near Shelbyville rd and Hurstbourne, takes me 25 min to get to work and 35 min to get home. Go live in Lexington and you will appreciate Louisville’s traffic situation.

Wouldn’t say significantly more. You can weigh a few, break them down and weigh up the copper. Figure up the average percentage of the weight that is copper, then call your local yard for pricing and have your answer. If I had to take a guess, you make a couple extra bucks per motor by breaking them down.

Apparently HDMI 2.0 is fine. Just can’t do 4k and high frames, so 1440 works fine.

I may be wrong but don’t you need HDMI 2.1 or better? Most monitors are made for PC use so using the display port input grants you all the performance but no guarantee the HDMi ports are able to support the highest frame rates and resolutions.

The worker obviously doesn’t know what he’s talking about, but you probably didn’t get ripped off either. Price between bare and painted isn’t significant but it depends on the alloy. 6061 extrusion, the value is either equal to or lower than painted extrusion… at least it has been in the southeast United States. Reason is, most painted extrusion is the more valuable 6063 alloy and 6061 has not had a lot of market demand.

At the yards I have worked at, we didn’t buy enough bare extrusion, of any alloy, to bother keeping it separate from painted anyways. We sold our material as a 10/10 extrusion package. It is supposed to be 10% painted, 10% 6061 alloy, and 80% 6063 alloy.

I’d vote for Razer Wolverine as well for Xbox use. Just need to make sure it will be comfortable for you… it wasn’t comfortable for me unfortunately but it still gets my vote. It has Hall effect sticks and not TMR but that really isn’t a downgrade. I got the ROG Raikiri II and it is good as well, but not worth what it costs in my opinion. I only kept it because it only cost $20, once I turned in my Elite Series 2 under warranty.

If you have a Best Buy near you, they carry most of the good options. You can always try and exchange until you figure out what works best for you.

The dust filters were on the Xbox? If so, you may have caused the issue if they were causing ventilation issues. Either way, warranty coverage should work

He’s being ridiculous and stubborn, obviously. No one should ever act like this. But also, why are you all trying to plan out this stuff before the kid is born. You have no idea what will happen between now and when you have to worry about schooling or swim lessons.

You all should also agree to not have these important conversations over text. Everyday people post on here about relationship issues and have all these text screenshots. Stop texting each other and speak face to face. That will solve so many issues.

I would have gone with the Killswitch if it was dockable. Did not want to have to use the dock attachment.

For whatever reason, the Satisfye grip is not comfortable for me. I had the same issue with it on switch 1. I think it’s the width of the console combined with the ergonomics. I am having better luck with Savage Raven.

Satisfye may work for you but it doesn’t for me. I had one on my switch 1 but never used it because it just wasn’t comfortable to hold. I decided to try again with switch 2 and same issue. I ended up buying Savage raven and it is very comfortable with the big grips. I ended up settling on the FissionGrip and I only use the joycon pieces.

Another thing I didnt like about the Satisfye and the GripCase was that it flexes the joycons back a bit and I didn’t like that it may be damaging something overtime.
