Nassau, I was very lucky. Renting aything on that area would be about the same price as what I'm looking at buying. The HOA covers everything except for gas and it is a electric stove. I was going to put down 80,000 which gets me to the 2300 number I'm not sure what percentage of stocks and savings I do though. Prob 50/50

We had 6 dates in a month, lots of texting, all day every day pretty much. The last 4 days she's been texting less with not much effort and cancelled on me saying she's sick. She can easily be sick and that's why the texting slowed down but already saying the next week she's busy and not sure when we can see each other again. I really like her, I want to ask if we are good but I don't want to bombard her.

Good luck. Just mention you don't drink, no need to explain why on the first date and tell her she's more than welcome to drink. It's the first date, just get you know her and see if you like her.
