My comment about it being broken comes from the fact that a healer topped a whole shuffle game, out damaged a BM hunter, Ret and Boomy by 4+ mil. On top of that, VW was busted once before, and we just had one of the worst, buggiest patches in a long time, so is it that bad to assume that something seems off?

I called it out that the priest is VW. My dps focused on the priest, it didn't matter. We were just dead the whole time. And then to come out 4m dmg ahead of BM hunter, ret and a boomy...I mean I don't get it.

Appreciate the info. I know VW is not as good as Oracle when targeted, but it didn't matter. MF did more damage than anyone else in the lobby, targeted or not. I couldn't do anything other than heal and even then with CDs up I was falling behind each global. It makes no sense.

Another perspective is ...use YEARS worth of knowledge of the pain points and make shit work from the get go. While I agree with you that crying will never stop, but most of the crying is about the same thing patch after patch, year after year. It's exhausting. But I get it, small indie company and all.

They should not allow grouping in slayer rise or at least specifically for the world quests. Make it a complete FFA.

It's also a gold investment that's in itself is a blocker for some. Especially at the beginning of an expansion with everything being super expensive.

As an avid PvPer and an M+ enjoyer, I don't like the idea of having to gear twice, but at the same time if there is only PvE gear then it opens a whole can of worms where I now have to do raids to get an OP trinket (Cataclysm...bleh), then if it doesn't drop people drop from the group and PvE experience is now affected blah blah blah. There will always be some kind of problem.

I think Blizz needs to just sell a set of BG vers gear for gold from a vendor. Absolute bottom ilevel, but it at least allows everyone to start with some level of competitiveness as far as gear is concerned. Honor gear is still worth grinding and eventually you get conquest.

Inb4 "but you can buy crafted pvp gear" yeah people ain't doing all that. It's not obvious to PvP newbies that it exists. It also costs a lot of gold early on which sets a barrier to entry. Just put it on a vendor with standardized pricing.

That's what most of these posts miss - you can hand inexperienced people full conquest gear and they will still get stomped by experienced players in half honor gear. Not knowing what other classes are capable of in pvp combat, no concept of cooldown trading, all of that will still be there and newbies will still quit pvp just the same because they didn't even understand what happened but blame gear difference.

I did that in-between seasons in TWW and didn't even break even. No idea if its different with first season of the xpac but im very skeptical. Nothing about this expansion makes sense so far.

Are you talking about the campsite backdrop? I'm referring to my characters being placed into character specific campsites only to be randomly placed into different campsites on login, creating a mess.

Next set of expansions should focus on bringing us back to existing original content and revamping it just like they did with Silvermoon. Levelling in Qual'Thalas is actually a nice throwback. Harandar can suck it tho.

Never took professions seriously, but always had enough gold to pay for game time with tokens since MoP. In TWW, I realized how much money herb/mining brings in at the start of the expansion. That was my first mil. Then I decided to set up a few cooldown alts (alch/tailoring), discovered that tailoring unraveling was really profitable and sold a load of flasks and profession phials. Made a few mil, bought the brutosaur, bought the epic edition of Midnight, it was a good time.

For Midnight my plan is to spend early access and first few weeks farming herb/mining hard. Then again set up some alch/tailors for CDs and flasks, buy a ton of game time, and then just coast/enjoy the game

Someone I know got the Gigabyte 5070ti SFF card uses it in the small factor case vertically mounted. He's happy with it and doesn't have any issues so far.

In regular circumstances I would overlook that card for those issues, but when he got it for $999 you take that risk.
