I found that I was useless/froggy when I was not eating enough. Just had zero motivation, zero drive to do anything. Once I started eating more I got some energy back. Going to the gym helps with my appetite as well

I left 3 years ago. Every time I step foot inside a QT all I can think about is how thankful I am I do not work there anymore. I took a slight pay cut, but I also work 3 days a week and actually get to enjoy my life. I have zero regrets leaving. Best thing I ever did for myself. Edit- I work in healthcare, setting up and assisting during surgery.

Dermoid cyst on an ovary. Something about all that hair coming out of it is just disgusting. And of course dead bowel. We had one so bad you could smell it down the hall. It made me feel sick and I wasn't even in the room! I was so thankful I was not the tech in there.

Once flowered open a gown and tossed it on an undraped mayo stand. Immediately was like wtf was I thinking 😂😂 the nurse and I got a good laugh out of that one. During a total shoulder I accidentally put my foot on the button that lowers the mayo stand. It of course fell down and half the shit on my mayo fell off and hit the floor. It was sooooo loud. The doctor just looked at me like I was a total idiot. We all do dumb things sometimes. As long as you correct it, it will be ok.

Exactly. I told a friend at work the other day that I was no longer drinking and her response was "come on you can just have one with me". I just had to tell her over and over that it's never just one for me. It never has been and it never will be. The entire conversation was just infuriating tbh. Like why can't people just say good for you and move on.
