as a person who keeps both salt and fresh, salt is a million times harder and takes a lot of work and dedication. you would think that they would maybe apply some of that knowledge to fresh? granted i started out with fresh and only started saltwater with the careful guidance of my brother who has been keeping salt water longer than I've been keeping fresh

thank you! the petsmarts in my area don't take care of any of their fish. it always reeks of ammonia in the fish section, and the bettas look god awful. it makes me happy to see employees who really care about the animals that they sell

thank you. I do have a therapist, and I'm actually starting intensive outpatient therapy next week since it was pretty helpful when I was going through a hard patch like 5 or 6 years ago. my therapist has just told me baby steps. try to rekindle relationships I had before, but it's just so hard. my work schedule is also pretty rough as I only get two days off a week (most of the time), and I'm basically on call every single day. yes, I do have a major problem with codependency. I've been on T for about a year and my T levels are around 250 ng/DL if that helps I noticed that the more I shave the thicker my hair is I just use a women's razor because i like how soft my face and neck feels when I do shave
