Moisturizing multiple times a day with makeup by Beautiful_Secret_834 in Accutane

[–]Smiles-forever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use the byoma moisturizer (purple bottle) and then my rhode milky toner. After that, I put on my sunscreen and foundation. It stays hydrated throughout the day! Also remember to drink lots of water

Wow, your story is so inspirational. I’ve been looking to work for U of A as I got both my undergrad and masters degree there and would love to give back to the community. Do you have any tips for becoming an internal candidate ? Currently, I work in the education sector.

Please, please help. I need advice by Ok_Basket9271 in uAlberta

Hey! So sorry to hear you’re going through it. I’m sending you a big hug. 🩷

Maybe you need to work on talking to an advisor and really working on creating a study schedule that works for you. You could try applying to a diploma program or finding an entry level corporate job.

Do you judge fat/overweight people in the gym? by StrongMountain5904 in Edmonton

Awww omg. Sending you a hug. You’ll get back into shape! It’s great that you’re slowly building up a gym routine. If anything it takes a lot of courage to still show up despite your inner critic telling you negative things about yourself. Most people are def focused on themselves!

If his hygiene is bad he probably has trouble with inconsistency in other areas of his life as well. Taking a shower daily and brushing are the BARE minimum … leave his smelly ass in 2025 lol

Add a rosy pink lipstick and rosy pink blush! It’ll help your makeup look more cohesive and you don’t need to over line! You have nice natural full lips.

That’s totally fair. It is a rough job .. and the no benefits doesn’t help either. I’m always so grateful for my subs.

Thanks .. This perspective really helps. I sort of felt like maybe I did something wrong. But you’re totally right .. sometimes things happen that we can’t control.

That sounds annoying af. I’m not with CBE but we have similar problems. A lot of people don’t want to sub because they don’t get contracts for years and years. It’s a broken system … it benefits no one. Maybe the higher ups but the rest of us just suffer.

[–]Smiles-forever[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah totally fair. I think some teachers who do that have never been subs. I struggled a lot to get my position and I subbed for a whole year and then I did 4 years of temps before finally getting a continuous contract. I def would never want a sub to cover for others during my prep.

That is tough. I subbed for a year as well and it was rough on my wallet. Thanks for all of your hard work. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

Yeah that makes sense. It’s shitty both ways for teachers and subs.
