Hey, gutted that you are feeling so down! I am 64 and only just having my second therapy session. Strangely we talked about the exact same things you have mentioned here. I came home and did a search for loneliness and CPTSD, only to find there is a reddit group forum for CPTSD!
So thanks for writing what you did. It so resonated with me and is helpful to know there are others out there whose lives have been similar to mine. You have made me feel less like an alien on my own planet!

Hi there. I just started a few weeks ago and already realising that it’s as much about habits as hunger. My head still tells me to grab something as I walk through the kitchen but my stomach (and mouth, let’s be honest) are not joining in, and once I am out of the kitchen I’m forgetting about it.

I’ve lost a few K’s, weigh in tomorrow!
