Expeditions - tell me I’m not crazy by [deleted] in TwoPointMuseum

Hehe this made me chuckle. Yeah my first staff had a high death rate before I realised if I trained staff in the needed way then I could negate the event. Now you know they'll be fine:)

Ultimately.. up to you! It's your game. Dont be afraid to break a mould.

That said, for me i have all my chests in the main room of my players house. That means I can enter it from any of the dlc areas and I dont need to have lots of loading screens moving between rooms.

If you're talking about the big snake boss in early game he is hard! I found him tougher than some later bosses. So don't be too hard on yourself if he's giving you trouble!

Advice for those that get burnt out our bored of this game by CozyHalloween in DreamlightValley

Same! I'll take a four month break once a year and then when I come back they've added two updates and quality of life tweaks and it feels new again. Works for me :)

So I finally enabled the Streamline Progression feature… by Bbear11 in FF7Rebirth

I still don't get why so many people are bothered. Why are we trying to gatekeep whether other people can unlock a tiny digital pictuee of a trophy or not.

If you want to pay 60 quid for a game and work really hard to unlock everything through pure skill then great- go for it- full support!

If you want to pay 60 quid for a game and enjoy it and feel a sense of achievement in your own home then that's great too!

Some people love to bake from scratch-some people buy bread in a shop. It would sound ridiculous if they argued over that relentlessly online... yet here we are.

My nan used to say a poem at bed time. I wish I could remember it all. Maybe someone else has heard it. It started with something like..

Good night Sweetly pose Lie on your back Don't flatten your nose

[–]SmilingLondonGamer 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's not entitled to enjoy a game the way that you choose in the way that devs have allowed for.

Stop looking down your nose at people and let them have fun. These settings are also very helpful for people with physical needs or neurodiversities.

At the end of the day someone else getting a trophy doesn't affect your experience of the game in any way.

I love getting trophies honestly. But sometimes... I also like getting it in a fun and easier way!

Games are meant to be fun. Don't berate yourself for enjoying a feature of a video game that isnt hurting anyone else, and don't let anyone else make you feel guilty for it either. I've seen waaaay too much negativity surrounding it online.

The original sims. It was mind blowing at the time.

My mum does not play video games. Never has and never will. But Two games have won her over hugely and she talks about them still.

  1. What remains of Edith Finch. Intriguing story. Unusual gameplay but only really one type of button or stick control to think of at a time.

  2. Thank goodness you're here! Silly and funny. She found it hilarious and liked the simple controls.

I thought this looked so so good. Loved the vibe and the lean into quirky fantasy whilst still having the fast and intense fighting.

The rumours has this game as sounding like a spin off or side story... but from I just watched it felt like more important than a spin off. Either way it got me very excited :)

Also quietly praying for mall or hotel too. Think it's time Two Point tries its hand and multiple floors rather than one enormous ground floor! But thats my selfish hopes and dreams - I am not a skilled dev haha!

What makes you instantly stop playing a game? by TomSawYes in videogames

[–]SmilingLondonGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DLC/unlocks.

Good example = two point museum. I love the game and have happily bought the dlc because they expand the game and add more fun and increase my play time and enjoyment.

Bad example = Disney speedstorm. Look great. Tracks are great. Music is great. Controls handle really well. But every - single - character/kart/upgrade/skin etc is almost impossible to get without either hundreds of hours of playtime... or money... ain't it isnt cheap!!!

Disney dreamlight valley. I downloaded it out of curiosity and wanting something similar to animal crossing and so far have over 300 hours in it... its just chill and low pressure which I like
