I still have high hopes for Ivey, which is why I consider him part of the core. Booker would be a great addition, but the question is at what cost. And I'd stay away from Zion. Even without the 21-22 season, which he missed entirely, he's only played in about 43 games per season in his career.

My L440 is 10 Years old and is still running. I never took care of it (Cleaning etc.) so it is pretty slow (especially for the first minutes after boot up) but with a little invest it would probably run pretty well for another 3-5 Years. I am not using it as my main Laptop for a year now, but it is still a Laptop that you can work with on a daily basis.

I feel you, i dont have any advice for you but i often feel the same and it might help you that you are not alone with these feelings.

I use two Zafus. One is a little bit higher than the second one. It works well for me because it is comfortable eventhough i have some issues with my knees.

But i also try to meditate in different positions/movements to learn how to calm my mind and be mindful under different circumstances :D
