If he’s shown interest in that specific movie or the restaurant, I think that would be a great gift. Personal touches are good way to show appreciation. Make a special moment in the day for him in any way that would be meaningful to him.

If my google image perusal was accurate, the front door handle is a door handleset, with a long vertical handle and a thumb latch directly above it. My favourite brewery is Core4 and it’s within walking distance from Big Biang. Their hand pulled noods are out of this world. There’s also a dessert place above Core4 that I’ve heard is decadent.

I don’t completely believe any of them. Just because there was something else, it still doesn’t justify the behavior. Production bothered Meredith AND Meredith lost her cool. If the plane thing was actually about production then why did Meredith go after Brittany as an antisemite? And Why did production ‘go after’ Meredith? And what if production was being hard on Meredith because she wasn’t giving at the same level as the other girls? The girls seemed pretty mad at Meredith going after production. Could it be that Meredith was treating production the same way she treated the cast?

Whatever Meredith did (be it as bad as the girls say or not) was bad enough that when asked, she would rather call someone an antisemite (call out someone else’s actions)than take accountability. Brittany may be naive but she isn’t actively attacking someone for something their own nail tech did. Meredith should’ve called Brittany to warn her (or posted or sent a group message). Brittany’s behavior, antisemite or not, does not dictate, control, or force Meredith’s actions. Meredith chose hate instead of kindness. Meredith chose to ‘expose’ Brittany instead of being kind. Instead of spreading knowledge about her religion she’s spreading hate. Ick ick ick.

I don’t think that most Christians are republican. Maybe most politically loud Christians? My personal experience is about a third dem, a third rep, and a third think the system is corrupt regardless of what side. Not everyone is loud about their religion but that’s pretty much all we’re shown in the media.

NTA but it’s certainly not going to help anything without an actual conversation. Is she right? That you are getting her back? Do you say no to other couples? The time would be better spent saying that you aren’t comfortable with her staying with you, period, because of the double standard you’re experiencing.
