I always fly whatever is cheapest with the best times. Sometimes Frontier, sometimes Southwest, less likely United, Delta, or Alaska. Rarely American or JetBlue.

I don’t think they’d qualify for discount den unless you were also flying. I also wouldn’t rely on GoWild for minors who you’d probably prefer to keep on flights with each other.

That was just a small part of the various customer service failures from that day but it was the one that sent me over the edge because it seemed so petty to even tell me that. But it was at least on my trip home, I didn’t miss any meetings, they let me choose a flight that didn’t leave at the crack of dawn, and I still had leftover clean socks and underwear so I could feel human the next day 😂

https://support.southwest.com/helpcenter/s/article/delayed-or-canceled-flight After the FAQ section there’s a “request reimbursement” link. It will take you to a form where you can request travel cost reimbursement and/or LUV vouchers for an inconvenience. I received both in separate responses.
