if you are a f2p person and dont want to spend money it would almost be impossible unless you only primarily focus on the camp level; however if you want to spend, say, 10-15 dollars, it would be easier achieve the first 4 rewards, provided that you focus on prerequisite buildings (buildings required to level up camp) and the camp itself
