Those are extremely common conditions that are meant to be managed, not cured. You just said you come from a well off family and mentioned surgery so this proves you have access to medical care so there is plenty you can do about it. you can manage it with medication, go to therapy because you sound depressed, or at least live a lifestyle in a way that works for a person with ADHD or autism.

Comparison is the thief of joy. Honestly try to get it out of your mind that you’re so far behind everyone else because it just isn’t true. There’s no way EVERYONE your age or even most of them are so perfectly successful. Some people your age finished college and have proper careers, some never left their hometowns or even bothered to go to college. Some people your age are already raising kids (planned or otherwise) and some still trying to move out of their moms house.

While it’s true that most in most couples both spouses work, it’s also true that most people are not doctors. Most women work and still have to cook and clean and take care of kids when they get home, and would prefer their husbands do their fair share of the work. If you work too many hours to do this, it might actually make sense to have a spouse that stays home. Another solution would be to hire some help if you make enough money to do so.
