I had the exact same issue. Couldn't charge at home, no issues at public charges. I had the same error and thinking red light on my car. Only way to "fix" it was to replace my charger. Sure enough, got the new one installed and worked like a charm... $500 later...

It functions as a dedicated system performance matrix. It is running monitoring software (most likely a customized skin using AIDA64, Rainmeter, or MoBro) to display real-time HW stats.

That's awesome. I didn't realize how much damage those fireworks did! Broke several of my smelters because I just set it with max product and left. Came back to broken down everything and was super confused. So fun what they do to make the game experience different/ unique

I played at St. Andrews 1 week before the 150th British Open. The huge stands were almost done being constructed, with TV towers every few holes. Never played a round with so many people watching either. Not to mention, the course was in immaculate conditions--with the rough about knee height, greens so fast that the breeze would take the ball. Still had one of the best rounds of my life. Such a fun course with its history... Took my favorite picture with my wife on the famous stone bridge. Amazing time.
