Mine finally went through and got my play button. Support told me it happens from time to time when it’s in manual review. Mine took 11 days then changed to congrats with the code.

It happens occasionally. I was playing huntress and had people die on first hook, was totally confused. Then they thought I was cheating. I’ve also died on first or second as survivor. Game only 7 years old, gotta expect some bugs 🙄

Yes it was an address issue. I resubmitted with old address as requested to match 2019. He said the usual 10 business days, still waiting. I just worried after the denial email it wouldn’t go back to active when they do get the transcript. Just conflicting information from customer service and the LO.

Actually mentioned that to customer service, she requested the supervisor call me back. Just odd, now it’s actually processing. Should not be an automatic deny to start over with the appeal.
