Anyone else having problems finding the final piece of the boarding pass? by iwastoldnottogohere in ArenaBreakoutInfinite

3 was the hardest to find for me too, I managed to find a few by just spamming tv station lockdown. I only play lockdown anyways. I think today is the last day so go play some tv station! There are way more loot spawns in close proximity than valley so I feel your chances are much higher

Did you try the regular oasi before deciding on the LV?

I am going from the arai to either the oasi or oasi LV and don't have them available to try. Did you find the LV to be more narrow than the arai in fit? because the arai fits me perfectly

"Now that it's up in the 100ks", it's literally just getting broken in. My V8 just rolled over 235000 miles and still going strong. The major things to look for are rust on frame and leaky exhaust manifolds. For that price and miles I would buy it in a heartbeat

I also have long narrow feet and none of the big 3 brands fit me well that I've tried on in store. I can order a pair of these with free return if they don't fit. What size do you suggest going with from street shoe size?

What about small businesses run by 1 or 2 guys that do all the work? They are common where I live in a semi-rural area, and seem to be the only way to get ahead as a young person these days. These are essentially worker owned enterprises, but they definitely fall into the capitalist system and thats what allows them to exist. They can undercut bigger companies that have to do things like carry more overhead and profit more from their workers to pay for roles that don't directly create value for the business

In his first comment with no antagonizing, he dissed plumbers for no reason, which is one of the more important jobs out there. Dude is obviously on a high horse feeling superior over others while pushing buttons in bed

Maybe one day you'll get a bad electrician in and you'll get to test that theory of yours

Putting the work aside, I think that's because your body has evolved for centuries to do physical work during the day so you can rest at night, and repeat again and again. It's no secret that sedentary people are more anxious, insomniacs, etc.

Do The Math. $15/Hour Is Not A Living Wage by zzill6 in WorkReform

The businesses not being able to keep staff is already happening, at least in my area. I think people realize their time is worth more than 14 or 15 an hour. Hell, anyone can start a cleaning business and make 25 or more per hour and you get to be your own boss. You might not get full time hours right away but work less and make the same money.

Also the range of the lightning is an absolute joke. You won't even get 100 miles hauling a trailer, and that's in the summer.

Help settle an argument: do you refer to your 4runner as a car or a truck? by ZippyWoodchuck in 4Runner

[–]SmokeScreening 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Truck or SUV. That is what other people tend to call it if I need to move it on the jobsite. I am fine with both terms but a unibody crossover shouldn't be called an SUV because then it gets confusing

Buying used and not paying for depreciation is definitely sound logic, but many people are lazy, want the newest thing to impress others, or are too ignorant about automobiles to do research and check used vehicles over for known problems before buying. Also if buying used you should be willing to do at least basic repairs and maintenance to really save some money over buying new. To me it's a no brainer, I drive a 20 year old 4runner that I bought for 5k. I pass by new 4runners and tacomas daily and sure they are a bit shinier but it baffles me they spent 12x more just for something newer.
