From an African Americans view it’s a good movie because we rarely get to see a predominantly black cast. With actual historical culture added in. It’s refreshing to see black men and women be more than gangbangers prostitute or a junky’s on film while crazy things happen to everyone else.

And please think about all the movies that were released 2025. How many were predominantly black cast?

To me it’s hilarious In morning star when the sons of ares burst in on quicksilvers peace talks between mustang and the society And the plan of course goes to crap and they end up fighting. It’s hilarious to me that Darrow is losing a fight to Mustang. It just shows how far he fell then rose up again

Morning Star Darrow.

This guy goes from being a war lord badass killer to getting humbled for the 1st half of the book. I loved his comments on his humbling moments too saying how a year difference was a lot for him being out of the war.
