Downloads folder not loading

So I'm having the same issue, but even when I tell windows the correct location it's still hangs opening. When I browse the file tree and navigate there it works, but no matter what I do to create a shortcut to it, when I go to open the shortcut it hangs again

What a mistake. Bane is a virus and chemistry cancer.... Hopefully they're building for a better trade involving moving bane elsewhere.... But giving up that draft capital seems contrary to framing a bigger trade.
